Waiting for Baby Eble

We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby Eble. Holly is 4.5 cm dilated, 80% effaced, and at at least 0 station. We're still a week away from our due date, but the docs have been telling us "any day now" for about two weeks!

We're expecting significant winter weather in Indy on Saturday/Sunday, so of course this is probably when we're going to need to make our mad dash to the hospital. And a mad dash it will be, given how far progressed we are already.

Cordelia is excited, but still really doesn't get it. She is enjoying our Christmas decorations, including our Santa countdown (candy cane moves closer to Christmas each day), Advent picture (a new figure is added each day), and cloth nativity set -- note Mary and Joseph in her stroller.

Holly put little piggie tails in her hair the other day. Cordelia left them in for about an hour and a half, then pulled them out.

We are almost as anxious as you are!! Guess Baby Eble is very comfy where he/she is right now. Good luck for the mad dash, and may you be blessed with an easy delivery and a healthy baby!
